Viral Rules and Chain of Command

Welcome to Viral
Viral was formed in October, 2010, and is a collaboration of guild mergers, friends, and recruited raiders.
Viral is led by 4 Gm’s; 1 GM, and 3 Co Gm’s, Officer, and class leads.
Chain of command:

GM: Keep the guild proactive and progressing. Delegate responsibilities to trusted officers and to others in the guild that streamlines the way info reaches guildies.

Co Gm: Same as Gm, they have the authority at all time to act in the GMs place, all decisions made by a CGM will stand as final.

Officer: They are the most important part of our guild, they work to keep information flowing to guild members; raiders and casual members alike. Officers have the authority to invite new members and to perform reviews of current members . Officers in Viral do vote with Gm’s on Invites, Removals, Promotions and Demotions.

Class Leaders: These are the best of the best in their Class and spec and every guild member should get with these folks regularly to be update on BIS, and talent updates.

As a member over Viral you must conduct yourself with the utmost integrity.

Viral does not censor guild chat; however personal attacks or harassment of any kind is a kickable offense and will not be tolerated from anyone. Women and men in this guild will be treated with dignity and respect regardless of gender. If you find you’re offended by things being said in guild you may speak to an officer.
